I also downloaded the software when having a problem with my computer and now I have been charged $133.49 and still having issues with my computer. Cannot get past the pop-up message. Called 800-486-6721 and 800-410-9262 from others commenting on the scam and have gotten no where. Have to go to my bank and dispute charges. Does anyone else have any suggestions???
