I have complained about washing machine Pcv replacement on 11/09/08 the complaint no. lko 908003317. Pcv taken away on 12/09/08. Till today(30/10/08) I have not got Pcv replaced.
I have called 9-10 times on your callcenter but nothing done by your company.I have taken wmp plan (plan code-1023142) that seems wastage of money. I wasted my money &time with your company. If you do not take serious action I will forward this complaint of harrasment to consumer forum
