After the first no show (between 8 am-12 noon) for equipment installation) the second appointment did prove to be successful. All equipment was installed (July 24, 2008), but the installer could not get the system to download my email accounts, etc. He told me that Wildblue's system was down, but all should be operational the next day. I have been waiting now for six days and still no usable email. Three work order ticket numbers later and minutes into hours of holding on the telephone...the problem has yet to be solved.
