Wildblue is a nightmare. We've upgraded the package for speed, but remain the same only to pay more money each month. Now Wildblue no longer supports Outlook even though they say they do. It's a lie. I've entered and re-entered the parameters to setup Outlook and nothing. I used to be a systems admin and I know it does not work. Outlook is easy to set up with any pop email account. We access our email via the website which takes forever. I work from home and this is as unacceptable as it gets and Wildblue refuses to answer our demand for Outlook support.

I've sent faxes to the heads of Wildblue. Let's see if they answer. I doubt it. In the meantime I will file complaints where ever I can and i will file a civil suit to recover all that we've spent to get Wildblue.
DO NOT install Wildblue. A 1 year contract is a scam if there is no support or you aren’t getting the service you pay for. Warn everyone about this company.
