He is very easy to reach while awaiting principal's upfront fee but then disappears and does not return phone calls. In the end comes up with any excuse not to fund the loan. He is not a lender and does not even have an office. Works from his cell phone andmakes his living by collecting fees. Ask for proof of closings. He'll tell you he'll provide but never will. This guy is a total liar and scam artist. Complaints should be submitted to US Secret Service, Internet Crime Complaint Center, Attorney General's Office in Georgia, BBB (Atlanta). Put this fake lender and scammer out of business.
