His website states he is an architect, but he is not. His company has Inc. at the end. But it is not incorporated in California, and the address on the contract paper is a bogus. I sued at the local court after he took my advance money ($5, 000+) and vanished. But the clerk at the court informed me that there is no company at the address. He wrote in his wife’s name as a payee to the two checks I wrote the amount and signed. He said he has a stamp and I trusted him because he was an acquaintance of my friend. He endorsed the checks by signing William on the back. After he ripped off about two dozens of SF Bay area people, looks like victims appear to be in Canada where he has his family.
