Buyer Beware at Willowbrook Ford - The 160 point vehicle inspection they claim to make on all vehicles is a farce! I recently purchased a used vehicle from the dealership. I trusted the sales staff when they described the “160+ point inspection” that all vehicles undergo before being offered for sale. While driving home I realized that the driver’s side window didn’t operate properly. Within two months of purchasing the vehicle I spent a total of $1, 700 on vehicle repairs for items that would have easily been detected during an inspection. When I contacted the General Manager I was scolded and told that I “seem to have a problem understanding what AS-IS means”. I will never do business with Willowbrook Ford again. Please do not make the mistake that I made!
