Willshire Credit bought my loan from Mortgage Lenders Network in Febuary 2007, they notified me on the 7th of the month that they are taking over. In the, mean time I had already mailed my payment out. Then since been mailing them there payments. They cash my checks each month then try to foreclose on my house. I have since got a attorney sued there law firm. Next step is to go after them. they come up with all these fee's they say I have, then say I do not have insurance want to charge me bigger fee's. Someone needs to file a class action law suit against them. Now I send my payments out certified, they claim I pay them late. This has worked so far.
