Southern California City Manager Brad Faulkner Is a pill popping junkie with an anger management problem . The company believes him when he blames someone else when something goes wrong and the truth is that he is so doped up the only mistakes are his and upper management seems to believe his outlandish story's . When some ex-employees are asked about him the first question they ask, is Brad on heroin again? He threatens and abuses employees constantly blaming them for his own mistakes. He lies time and time again. He cheats long time friends promising them work but only calls them when he is out of dope or desperate for help. Brad needs to be sent to rehab and counseling .
