It clearly says on the box, "easy-to-handle fondant" and "Rich Flavor of homemade rolled fondant".

This is misleading advertising:

1. It handles, stretches and breaks like silly putty, makes working with it very difficult.

2. It tastes terrible - like cardboard, nothing like homemade and brings the quality of the cake down.

Try to add a bit of water to it and it's immediately apparent why this suff is so bad. It looks like something out of halloween, all the gum separates out and looks like slime.

The reason for these issues are the gum and cellulose loaded into this product to save money.

A search of the internet shows up many others having the same complaints about this product.
