I started a contract with Liquid Reflection to build my company website in February 2010. I received an initial "static" proof of the website design in March 2010. Since, that time I have received no other visual regarding the website. It is now April 2011. Since August 2010, I have been attempting to schedule a time with the designer to review the completed site. He continually has excuses, whether it is business restructuring, an illness in the family, or he just has so many appointments. As a matter of fact, I have a meeting scheduled this morning based on his time frame, and have not had a confirmation that we will be meeting. I am expecting another excuse. I do not believe I will ever receive the promised product, and will begin searching for another web design provider to complete the project. I do not expect to receive a refund of my money, even though Liquid Reflections tout a 100% satisfaction money back guarantee.
