We received a warning on our laptop that it was infected with a virus and Win7 Spyware was the only way to remove it. We used a debit card to purchase the spyware for $59.95 and got no receipt or confirmation. That made me inquire as to why and when I looked Win7Spyware up on the web it said it is one of the largest scams out now and my bank could not stop the transaction. Is there any recourse or way to get our money back? And who will address this problem so it does not happen to other people?
