I had ordered the small claims court kit for $11.95 and paid an extra $19.80 for OVERNIGHT delivery instead of taking advantage of their FREE SHIPPING on October 22, 2008. Today it is the 28th of October and I am still waitting! I am requesting a full refund for this product including the shipping and will be contacting BBB and my credit card company.
