I joined the winchester hills gym last december at the glen shopping centre and i was not told that the gym contract i signed for was over a period of 36 months.The sales consultant (Keith)that sold me the contract advised me that i can cancell the contract at anytime as long as a one month notice is given so that the gym could find a replacement to take over my contract. I tried phoning the gym on several occasions advising them that i want to cancell, but they refused to accept my cancellation.My account has been debited for over 5 months yet i havent been to the gym not even once. I did not even receive a contract up to this day.The consultants mislead the people into buying the contract just to make a quick sale.The people that sits with the problem thereafter is the customers.I would like this issue looked at immediately and i want this contract cancelled as the gym will not receive any further payments from me.Just to add the staff is very rude and arrogant and this should be addressed as well it gives me all the more reason not to further my membership with you guys!!!
