The Winchester community has a water company that says that they strive for the highest quality water, wastewater and solid waste utility services at the lowest possible cost. Then why is it every month the water bills here are extremely high and all the time we are getting something in the mail that says Do Not Drink The Water. This month we got something that said that the water may contain disease causing organisms and nothing to worry about unless you are elderly, pregnant or if you have a infant. Also said if you have certain systems that you need to seek medical advice. If we are paying this much for water we should not have to worry about harming are bodies if we drink it. Something needs to be done about this here.
