I have called company (WINDHAM PROFESSIONAL STUDENT LOANS) and have reported that they are calling my home number and the person they are looking for does not live in household. As I have requested my number to be taken of calling list numerous times low and behold I STILL GET CALLS from agency. When you call back you get nothing but rude people and the individuals that you are speaking with HANG UP on you (Keith) WOW that is so professional. So when I call back and ask to speak with a manager he is just as rude and talks to you like you’re wasting his time. I am sick of this treatment when it is the company's MISTAKE... I DON"T HAVE A DEFUALT STUDENT LOAN!!! PLEASE STOP CALLING ME!!!
