I ordered blindes after seeing an ad in the New York daily news. They called me back three days later and had someone come to my house on 04/12/08. The man took my measurments and had swatches and everything. I gave him $300 down and was to pay the rest once the blindes were put up. They called and told me my order was ready and a man who installs blindes would come on saturday the 26 of march. I waited for 12 hours for someone to come and no one did. I called and called but of course you can never get anyone. I went to 1905 ave L and saw there was no bulding but a house and on the corner was a door with a plack saying cruises and blindes. I have had to change my checking account due to this issue. I hope you can help me get my money back or at the very least put these scam artist out of business.
