i am verry up set with coustomer service i had bought a windows disk for107.oo dollers i got home and read the book i got the rong disk i never took the disk out of the box i went to the store i had my recites and they said i had to have one of their trucks pick it up from my home cuz i oppend the box the driver picked it up he didnt credit it when he returned it to the main store he put it as 0 then i was told by one of your employes that my refund should have beeen given given at the store i bought it at then they tell me i would recive a cheek in 4 weeks then they tell me that i might not mail me a cheeck for my refund its been 9 days scence they picked up the return and i still am waiting for this to get fixed i am verry up set you have no customer service i would like my refund back and customer service
