Air Coditioning Repair This company is the worst. I called them last October when my A/C broke down and they told me that they didn't work on Air Conditioning problems between Oct 1 & May 1 AND that NO ONE ELSE DID EITHER. After waiting until May to get a service appt, I found thru Electrolux that was not true but it was too late. The Windservice repairman came out the beginning of May, misdiagnosed the problem, eventually took my A/C to the shop 3rd week of May and I still don't have it back as of today 6/27 !! It is 86 degrees in here with 3 fans on high. These clowns turned down an overnight delivery order from Frigidaire when I complained tothe Warranty company, because "they had already ordered it" Yup, a month ago. Their attitude stinks. They don't care about the customer at all " Hey, stuff happens " is how they treat you and obviously the technician isn't too good either since he got the problem wrong in the 1st place. I called Better Business Bureau on these guys and I've never done that before in all my 53 years. If you have to go to a A/C service that's much farther away, Do so !
