This company employees skilled and experienced movers who work hard and fast. However Windsor overworks their people and moral is very low, the movers are tired and would like to stop (or have someone else take over 2nd shift). So the employees tend to take out their frustration with management policies on the customers, and they can be quite rude. Worse, the job can be fail to be completed and as a customer you can end up with a partial move and lots of extra work to do.

Compounding these problems, company policy is to hit customers with very high surcharges for standard work (like $30 + time charges) to wrap something in a moving blanket, or to charge an hour both ways for travel to and from the destination which is a 5 mile trip. The net effect is that you should expect to pay an additional $50/hr over and above the quoted price (if you are very well prepared) and I’m not even sure what if you aren’t prepared. Frankly at those prices you could be in to a different class of moving companies.

I'd like the surcharges refunded and an apology for the partial move.
