My mother is in a nursing home and I have been trying to get phone service in her room which was already wired for service. It took a week for installation and there was no service after they said it was completed. Yesterday I was told it would be fixed in 24 hours. After 26 hours the phone number was being answered but my mother's phone was still dead. After spending 90 minutes on the phone today and I am being told that the best they can do is fix it within 24 hours. This company is totally incopetent.
