I hope this is the right place for the complaining.

I order 30 products for my wedding favors to Wine Stuff (Easton PA www.winestuff.com). They promised they can send us in a week but they didn't send. I called so many times then they finally sent me 10 days before the wedding.

But when I opened the box, 18 of the products were defectives (I have the pictures of the proof). I called them and asked the refunds but she told me she will ship new ones to the wedding site (Hawaii). 3 days before the wedding, she e-mailed me and said she was not able to send. she didn't even say sorry. I already flied to the wedding site and I was waiting for the products. I created boxes and printed instructions for the products because I was going to give them to our guests at the wedding. It was too late to find new favors. I felt like she ruined our wedding.

I asked her to refund the money right now but she said she cannot refund until she gets the products back.

she doesn't even pay for the shipping fee. I cannot ship them back now because I am on the way of the honeymoon. Since she lied so many times, I don't think she doesn't refund the money right away if I send the products back. I don't understand she keeps running the business. I don't want people become the victim like me.
