If this helps one person I consider this complaint successful. While shopping for the perfect holiday gift for my nf who loves wine, I found this website and ordered from it. I was promised a delivery time frame of 1 week and it has now been more than 2 weeks and I have not seen my merchandise. I have tracked it online and called the store numerous times. Each time they promise me a delivery date and yet I haven't seen it yet. Do not order from winestuff.com. They have been unresponsive to my emails as well. Save yourself the headache! Trust me.
