We like Wing Stop products a lot but we usually dine towards the Spring, Houston area. We love the chciken meals especially the fresh, crispy fries However, we did a to go order in the Huntsville branch with address provided above. It was Feb. 5, around 7:00 pm that the order was made. We were VERY MUCH DISAPPOINTED with the SOGGY, BURNT FRIES in the bag when we opened our to go package at home. We live like 2 miles away from the Huntsville branch and the fries was awful. That Hunstville branch did not give justice to Wingstop. You might want to send a representative to spot check their food handling at that specific time of the day. Perhaps, they just preheat the fries, trying to sell left overs for the day.
