Worst customer service ever. I was blatantly told that I would be spoken to only if "I was ready to spend money, otherwise I have other customers waiting" (I didn't see any). The brochures were snatched from my hand when I said I need to look at options, and asked to "come back when I was ready to spend money". Extremely rude lady "doctor" who constantly made rude remarks in a foreign language. If Orientals need to run a business in USA, they need to conduct themselves appropriately and leave their obscene language/manners behind.
