A man, Mr. John Carter, representing the company above called and said, I had won 3rd place winnings of $2.5 million and UPS was going to deliver the winnings within 1-2 hours.<br />
I had to call 1-876-389-9079, a supposed UPS delivery agent Mr. James Brown, and after making the call he would deliver the money.<br />
However, there was a fee of $399.00 to be paid after delivery for proceesing.<br />
The Elgin police are aware of the scam!
