I had won because I pay my credit cards and utilities on time. There would be a broker's fee of $350 for the delivery to my door. I needed to go to Western Union to send $350. I am to call him back on Monday when I'm ready to go to Western Union. He said his company was Winners International Service in Las Vegas.
