If you are thinking of purchasing Winsor Palates. Don't waste your money. First of all I ordered only "one" palates and they scammed me into purchasing "two". Ugh! That was the most annoying thing ever! Once I got it…the palates bands were just ok but the DVD's were not inspiring at all. There was so much waiting time to explain the next exercise that it's impossible to get a workout. You'll burn more calories going out for a walk.
I had a hard time cancelling the membership of other DVD's as well as getting my money back when I finally sent the palates bands back. I defiantly felt scammed with this purchase.
