I also have been ordering from Winter Silks for years, I had to return items I thought were flimsy, not the quality I had received previously. My total bill was $90. They credited my credit card for $69. So that between shipping and returns it cost me over $20.When I called them to discuss this, I found them to be much less than amiable, she could see my order history, but just stated 'this is the way it is'. They have lost me as a customer for life.
