Wired Plastic is the worst company ever! I have been with them for over 4 years. The idiots have lost my direct deposit and can't seem to find it. They tell me that I have to go find a federal tracking number which my employer has no idea what this is... I have spoken to three supervisors and was hung up on all three times. To add insult to injury they charge you .95 cents every time you call and speak to a customer service resprsentative. They are taking people's money... other people should report them to the bank association because I did this morning!!!
