You can download old books (that you can probably find for free elsewhere) but there is absolutely no way to contact their "support team" or to send them a message requesting cancellation. None of this information is given up front (including what the monthly subscription is). Beware of LATVIA!! Call your credit card company to cancel the charges as soon as they appear --- they can contact the scammers even if we can't.
