I called Verizon 5 times trying to get internet service for my apartment. The first and second time I was put on hold and after 20 minutes disconnected. The third time I was told, that my apartment has to be build into Verizon’s listing, because the address is brand new. The rep. wanted to call me back the next morning to set up a new account. She told me, I should have service within the next four days. I never got a call back. The fourth call I was told, that I can not have service with Verizon, because, they do not have a “free Slot” available. When I wrote to Verizon to complain about their bad service and asked for reply, I did not get one. I give the them an award for worst service in America.
