I purchased a cellular phone with Cricket a few months back and have had nothing but problems. My phone cuts people off, doesnt notify me of texts or vm messages and doesn't ring. There is absolutely no damage to my phone this has been the issue since day 1. Then I purchased a cricket broadband service and was given a form for the $50 rebate that was offered. The sales people provided me with the wrong information and I was denied my rebate which is the only reason I purchased this service. Then I paid my bills online, both bills were submitted correctly and for some reason they turned off my broadband service and I am still working on getting this corrected. Oh, p.s. they also said they would join my 2 accounts and it would save me another $5 a month... that was nothing but crap to... they are full of lies and scams... DONT GET CRICKET

Also, the booth at Stratford Square where I purchased the broadband nightmare has been permanently closed, I spoke with another store and they told me it was closed due to fraud... Nice ha!
