Wireless One Reviews

Scam
I went in and asked for a 30-day refill card for my iWireless phone. I handed them $50, got back some change and my card and went home. No reciept was given with the card.

I went to the grocery store, paid for groceries in cash and went home. I entered the digits in my phone to activate it. It said I had 7 days. I rushed back to the cell phone place and complained. They offered me a refund for a 7 day card, swearing up and down I paid for a 7 day card.

I'm almost positive I paid for a 30 day card. If I was given a reciept and it showed that i paid for a 7 day card, I'd be okay with accepting a refund for a 7-day card.

So in my mind, because i was not given a reciept and rushed out the door, I was ripped off $40. I'm pretty positive that I was not handed back the change from buying a 7 day card.
