Was sold a radio that would not work on our system, although they didn't sell the radio we needed they were confident that they could connectorize another radio I already owned. I sent back the radio they sold me along with my radio to be modified. I was nervous that my radio might not function after the modification but was told that if it didn't work I could send it back and they would re-connect the internal antenna. When I received my radio back it didn't work, they didn't issue credit for the radio I purchased and returned. I spoke with them on the phone and after going back and forth between two people talked to someone who said "so how much of a refund do you THINK your owed?" After explaining I had none of their equipment and only a radio that worked BEFORE I sent it to them (that was worth $800) I ended up paying for shipping costs and the failed modification a $300 refund, and he told me with regards to the radio they had said they could re-connect my antenna to "just throw it in the garbage" and hung up on me. Trusting them cost us over $1000 between them breaking a radio, express shipping to them and paying for them shipping stuff to us and the failed mod.

Don't trust these guys. You may regret it.
