I never authorized your company to withhold any money from my checking account. I don't how you could do this without contacting me first. You sent my bank a withholding form for 31.98 which I know i did not authorize. now there will be an overdraft charge also whioch i'm unhappy about.
please do not do this again or i will contact the authorities about this.
