Service was extremely rude even though our car was mistakenly reported late by bank and we had money and papers completed within a couple hours of car being towed. We called right after confirmation from bank and they automatically assume that we are lying because they did not see a fax yet. We call back a few minutes later and they are still pissy because they just received our paperwork and they only kept car for a couple hours. So sad for them that they couldn't make money off us. They were the ones screwed...
