Wolfgang Puck stainless steel cookware Sauce pan has warped on the bottom of the pan I called Customer Service because of the "lifetime Warranty" I was hoping maybe they would send me a new pan or something. They said sorry but you damaged the pan by cooking on too high of heat and stated that you can only cook on low to medium heat. They stated that was all you need to boil liquids. Classic "CUSTOMER NO SERVICE" Thanks for nothing !! Lifetime Warranty... HA you decide!!
