I own a Maruti Alto Lxi. I got my car serviced on 29th April, 2008 from Wonder Cars, Pune. However, the quality of service rendered is completely unsatisfactory.

Before delivering the car for servicing I had explicitly mentioned the action items for the servicing. However, it has been found that the following basic tasks have not been catered to.
1. Battery check up
2. Rear light replacement
3. Washing quality

Inspite of releaving our dis-satisfaction to the concerned personnel at the service station, no action was initiated from Wonder Cars.

The battery cells have gone completely dry within one month of servicing when the car running has been just 1000 km from the date of servicing. This obviously means battery check up was not done during the servicing.

Secondly, during the servicing they claimed to have replaced the rear light. However, the problem still remains the same.

The external as well as internal washing quality was totally dis-satisfactory. There were pathches of grease on the seat covers and the floor.
