Wood & Bone is a family-owned, wood-fired steakhouse and BBQ smokehouse in Moorabbin, established in 2019 by owner-chef Mirko. It cooks over an open timber grill and a dedicated low-temperature smoker, serving premium Victorian produce including Sher Wagyu alongside seafood and a strong local wine and spirits list. It opens to the public Wednesday to Saturday, with private functions Sunday to Tuesday. Free on-site parking.
