My boyfriend and I have lived here for almost 2 years. Have not had a problem until this year. The apartments switched management so all the good people have left. Around December I started to hear some weird noises from the vents. I waited for my boyfriend to get home, because I didn't want to explore on my own. We discovered that our air conditioner was completely frozen over. I let maintenance know and they said it would be about a week. A week went by and then another. Finally after about 2 months, we tracked him down and he said he would have to do a work order for a new unit. Well its been like 4 months and we still have gotten no further than before. Everytime we ask front office they always send us in circles. Now Our front door lock is messed up to where it takes twenty minutes to get through the door. Once again maintenance is no where to be found. So we fixed it ourselves. The apartment is too busy trying to find tenants that they are no longer trying to take care of their current ones!!!
