My mother and me bought the WORDSMART product because we thought it would be very helpful, bad idea. We bought and ended up not wanting the program. When we called back, the costumer service pretty much started refusing to return it! One of the reps lectured my mother and me. He said that i was going to be "left behind" and that i didn't know what i was doing because i didn't want the lame product. When my mom told him we just wanted to return the product, he hung up. Don't trust WORDSMART!
