I originally sent $2.95 to the Fast Net Learning company on or about 6/20/10. Had never received any information from them about the business but received an e-mail with my ID number and the day the acount was activated. I checked my checking account online yesterday 7/07/10 and found out that on 6/29/10 $79.99 had come out of my checking account via ATM withdrawal and I had NOT knowingly given them permission to do this. I did call the company on 7/07/10 and also today 7/08/10 and did talk to a man and a woman and they told me that my acount was now cancelled and there would be no more withdrawals from my account but they could not refund my money. I am very upset by this as I try to be so careful and this time I got took. I can stand to lose $79.99 as a learning lesson, but hopefully this is the end of it and I never hear of this company again. I have also informed my bank about it and they are aware of the situation and will help me to monitor this.
