Get and keep your cancelation number, then insist on the full refund informing them that a third party signed you with them without telling you and without your consent. After 15 minutes of being kind, firm and patient you may need to ask for their supervisor or inform them that you will keep calling until this matter is settled. Talking to your bank might help too.
