I keep receiving phone calls from world financial bank and when I call the no. back they give me it is an automated system and they ask me for my nine digit no. but I have no idea what they are talking about and the automated service never lets me talk to customer service they just keep asking for my nine digit no. then they just hang up, could you please help me with situation ?
