I have been a customer of verizon for few months until the company named above switched my phone service to their. With no permission from me i lost my service that was always paid on time and the bills were coming to my address every month. The problem with them was that i received bills every two to three months and with note that my service will be cut because is past due seriously. That doesn't look good on the credit report when something is paid late. It was not easy to switch back to verizon. The customer service i called to ask why they changed my companies was not helpful and they told me that this isn't their business so basically i just want to complain about world-link solutions so called phone company with excellent customer service.
