While doing an online survey that I selected two products to SAMPLE - one of the companies did send just the sample and asked for confirmation to join a membership, which I chose not to. World Tea Express has indicated that I signed up for a membership instead of a sample shipment and started shipping me more tea than I could drink in a decade. On each shipment I wrote "return to sender" but they charged my credit card in excess of $200.00. This made me over my limit which created heavy service fees etc... When I contacted them, they claim not to have received any of the packages back, (first one was returned over two months ago), and informed me they do not re-imburse for service fees charged to my credit card, because they just continued to take payments with my credit!!!
