Purchased 1000ct gems on 1 September 2007 through Paypal. Money was transferred from our acct on this date. After several phone calls and emails over the last 6 weeks, we have not received our order or refund. Refund was issued through Paypal but did not clear the sellers bank, so we were not granted the credit. Paypal states we are outside of the 45 days for them to take action. I believe the seller led us on for several weeks until the 45 days were past and now has stopped communication with us.
My next step is to talk to the police and/or attorney. Stay away from this company!
