I purchased an online antivirus protection program from World-Wide-Software on Jan 26 in the amount of $49.95. My computer crashed because of the program and I had to trash it. Please send a credit for the amount due. I recieved no information to activate it or a purchase number but have recieved a bill on my card. I'm hoping that you will make this right.
