Our small business has been bothered by these scammers who call and insist that you are "already signed up" for a listing in their "National Telephone Directory." I was interviewed about my experiences with this company by Canadian Television CTV for their W-Five Program.

These companies are located in Montreal and try to harass U.S. businesses until they pay the fraudulent invoice. They use U.S. "Mail Drops" to appear legitimate.

Since I appeared on W-Five, false "complaints" have been posted on many consumer complaint sites about my company, Kirchman Associates. The two names above have been the names of the posters. Our company has twenty years of continuous service in our industry, usually working on a handshake basis with our clients.
